Orders normally take 7-10 WORKING days from the next WORKING days from when you placed the order but sometimes can take a little longer depending on stock levels orders will be sent by DPD signed for and you can track your order with the confirmation email that is sent via dpd/sendcloud
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Humble Gents If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please email humblegents@mail.com to discuss your return, failure to contact us regarding returning your order will result in the return being void and the order will be posted back to you with an additional post cost of €14.
All returns must have relevant customs forms filled in correctly and state that its a RETURN failure to do this will result in the order being sent back to you
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and we must receive the item within two weeks of your notifying us of the intent to return. The return is void otherwise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
All refunds will be minus the postal/customs costs incurred by HGSC
All custom garments are non refundable
All sale items are no returnable and are sold as faulty or soiled
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Failed delivery
if your order is returned to us because no one was in and you didn’t rearrange another delivery time or failed to pick up parcel from your local drop off point you will be liable for the return post costs
Exchanges
Your exchange can be handled in two ways:
If you require an exchange because of a sizing problem we will ask that you pay the additional postage charge that we incur should the product be available.
You can return the item, pay the additional postage, and we send a replacement on receipt of the original purchase.
Please Note: Failure to provide the required information may cause delays in processing your return,
we cannot guarantee delivery of orders if you give the incorrect address and will not send a replacement item
by confirming your purchase you agree to all above conditions
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department.
